Refund Policy

Payments will be received for website development and design deposits. Additionally, payments will be received for premium member accounts & purchases made for products from Drupalpoint Store.

Cancellations of development and design projects must be made in writing and submitted within 10 business days of contract signing. If cancellation is received within 10 days, a full or partial deposit refund, whichever applicable, will be awarded for development and design projects. Refunds can not be made on projects that have already begun and are past the 10 day cancellation term.
Cancellations of premium accounts must be make in writing and submitted within 10 business days of monthly renewal period. 
No refund can be requested for downloaded digital products.

Upon approval of refund, you will be notified by e-mail; it can take up to 30 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund.
